A ranar 15 ga Disamba, 2020, EU ta ƙaddamar da kimanta aikace-aikacen don tsawaita Fakitin Keɓancewa na 22, wanda ke rufe abubuwa tara ——6 (a) b) II, 6 (c), 7 (a), 7 (c) - I da 7 (c) II na ROHS Annex III.Za a kammala tantancewar a ranar 27 ga Yuli, 2021 kuma za ta dauki tsawon watanni 10.
Abubuwan da ke akwai za su ci gaba da aiki har sai an buga sakamakon kima.Bayan fitar da kudurin a hukumance, za a aiwatar da shi bisa ga sabon wa'adin kebewa.Idan Hukumar Tarayyar Turai ta ƙi amincewa da aikace-aikacen sabuntawa, an ba da lokacin canji na watanni 12 zuwa 18 don masana'antar don maye gurbin kayan.Waɗanda ba su ƙaddamar da ƙara ko sabuntawa ba a cikin ƙayyadadden lokaci dole ne su bi ƙayyadaddun iyakokin ROHS bayan ƙarewar lokacin keɓe.
